When using OwletOnTheGo, the user agrees that they:
(i) Will not engage in the harassment of another OOTG user, regardless of their sex, religion, sexuality or race.
(ii) Are of at least 13 years of age and have parents/guardian’s permission or are above 18 years of age.

Creation of a Account:
In order to access the comments function, users are required to create an account with OwletOnTheGo, using a valid email address.
This email address will be sent notifications regarding new articles, events, changes to the terms of service and marketing promotions

OOTG contains links to third-party resources. OwletOnTheGo does not claim ownership for the diagrams and content not designed by the company.
OwletOnTheGo has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for

Intellectual Property

OOTG’s logo & material, exempting diagrams from third party websites, are property of OwletOnTheGo. Distribution and or reprinting of the material and logo without permission is not allowed. Those wishing to distribute OOTG material must contact OwletOnTheGo at owletonthego@gmail.com
Termination

OwletOnTheGo possesses the power to terminate or suspend any user’s account without any prior notice. This can be for any reason, stated or unstated, including but not limited to breaching OOTG’s Terms and Conditions.
Upon account termination, a user’s right to use OOTG ceases immediately.

OOTG is not liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused
or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any

& Conditions at any time. If a revision is made, OOTG will make reasonable efforts to
provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What
constitutes a change in Terms & Conditions will be determined at OOTG’s sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use OOTG after revisions to the terms and conditions take
effect, users agree to abide to the revised terms. If a user does not agree to follow
the new terms, in whole or in part, they are no longer entitled to use the platform.
